Half the Man I Was
 is very inspiring–not only for people who are trying to lose weight, but for people who simply need the message to not give up.  There are positive messages throughout the book that influence the reader to learn from his/her mistakes, keep moving forward and to thank God for big and small blessings.  I would describe this book as a self-help guide for anyone who is struggling to reach their optimal goals in life; and that’s pretty much everyone!

I was offered the opportunity to read Marlowe’s upcoming book, “Half The Man I Was”.

This book is very compelling.  It is easy to read and flows well through his business, personal and spiritual life.  I love that he shares some of the family life challenges that he faced; this makes his journey very real for the reader.  I recommend this book to anyone who struggles to lose or maintain weight loss.  I read the entire book in just a few hours.
